Before Your Appointment
If you are running late, your service may be shortened and/or canceled so as to not interfere with the next client’s appointment. If you are having any eyelash-related service, please remove ALL eye makeup, eye cream, foundation, and contacts beforehand so as not to let their removal run into your appointment time. The longer your lashes have been dry after cleansing (as opposed to removing makeup immediately before service) the better the results of your service.  

For Lash Clients

A non-refundable/non-transferable booking fee is required to secure your spot for new clients ($75/transfer and $100/full set). If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. We understand things come up, please allow us the time to fill your appointment as necessary. Should you "no show" or forfeit your appointment, a charge will be incurred to the credit card on file ($50/fill for current clients. New clients will not be refunded the booking fee).

All new transferring lash clients must have on at least 50% of CLEAN work.

At Bisou Beauty Bar, all artists are highly trained professionals and will consult each client before any type of service. Client's satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with our service or experiencing premature eyelash extensions loss, please email photo pictures to bisoubeautybar@outlook.com or text to 813-644-9070 within the first 24 hours after the service, and we will schedule you a complimentary service within 48 hours to troubleshoot any issues.

For Cosmetic SPMU and Skin Tightening Clients

A consultation is required for all Cosmetic Semi-Permanent Make Up and Skin Tightening procedures. The consultation fee ($50) will be applied to your procedure. A non-refundable/non-transferable booking fee ($100) is required to secure your spot at the consultation and will also be applied to your procedure. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. We understand things come up, please allow us the time to fill your appointment as necessary. Should you need to reschedule or cancel prior to 48 hours, the booking fee will be refunded. Should you "no-show" or forfeit your appointment, the booking fee will not be refunded.

Keep in mind Cosmetic SPMU and Skin Tightening procedures may cause the treated area to become red, swollen, and unsymmetrical, please give your body time to heal. 

Please be advised, all services rendered by Bisou Beauty Bar are provided on a non-refundable basis. Bisou Beauty Bar stand by our skills and products, and will not be responsible for any issues that may arise after 48 hours.

Additionally, Saturdays are our most in-demand day. If you violate our cancellation policy, we will not be able to book you on Saturdays in the future.
